Our Story
The Chisel and Oak story is one of providing the customer with a high end quality service without the need to spend thousands on an item. We offer a bespoke service and source unique items that you won’t find anywhere else.
We really pride ourselves on stocking a variety of modern and contemporary high-end pieces and many antique, retro classics. One of the areas we really focus on Recycling and The Environment. Preventing Landfill and redirecting furniture from filling incinerators and Upcycling it with a twist for the contemporary and bespoke market. We really do love using old distressed furniture that would otherwise be thrown away and up-cycling it into something beautiful!
We opened on O’Curry Street in Limerick, just in time for Christmas!!
COVID Hit, so we started acquiring and giving PPE Equipment to Charities and delivering for the Old and Vulnerable
Ireland starts to re-open. We were able to re-open our store and welcomed our old customers back.We had missed them.
Men’s Sheds partnership with Chisel & Oak launches and we start training youths without education.

Furniture Upcycling by Chisel and Oak Sourcing from Antiques and auctions throughout Ireland We stock quality pre-loved furniture for our customers. We love renovating secondhand furniture pieces to give them a new lease of life, refurbishing and up cycling is an art form that we master with love and care! Creating beautiful and bespoke pieces of upcycled furniture is a key part of what we do here on O’Curry Street in Limerick.
